HL-Holding GmbH is the family holding company of the Cteam Group and forms the stable foundation of a steadily growing group of companies. Since its foundation, it has linked the entrepreneur and owner Helmut Locher and his family to the Cteam Group – through professional governance and a clear separation of ownership and operational management.
Over the years, the holding company’s activities have been consistently developed and professionalised. Today, HL-Holding GmbH no longer performs any operational management tasks, but focuses instead on providing strategic guidance, setting the long-term direction and safeguarding the interests of the business and the family.
As founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Cteam SE, Helmut Locher is responsible for the Group’s strategic direction – a reflection of the values and convictions of the owner family.
Since 2024, Ralf Heiß has been in charge of the holding company’s operational management as Managing Director of HL-Holding GmbH.
In addition, through HL-Holding GmbH, the Locher family oversees activities in the areas of capital market investments, investments in young start-ups and philanthropy.

With the appointment of Ralf Heiß as Managing Director of HL-Holding GmbH, the holding company’s operational management is being placed on a new, professional footing.
Foundation of Cteam SE
Cteam SE was established as a new management holding company and successfully integrated into the group’s governance structure – a key step in the further development of the corporate structure.

The family was given a stake in the group of companies – a significant step towards embedding the corporate vision across generations.

Investing in the future
With the Cteam Academy, we are creating a modern training centre that places knowledge and development at its heart. At the same time, a forward-looking office building is being constructed at our main site in Ummendorf – a sustainable investment in infrastructure, working culture and growth.
